Recently the owners of Zeret Kitchen (Tafeswork Belayneh & Berhanu Tesfaye) published an Ethiopian cookbook in collaboration with Vicky Lawson. It is full of vegan recipes which can be made at home. Tafe has been perfecting traditional Ethiopian recipes for the last 15 years and has distilled them down into this small cookbook.

The unique thing about this book is that it has a personal backstory of Tafeswork and her connection with food and cooking from the beginning. This book also contains nutritional information which has not been featured on any other Ethiopian cookbook.
